“Champions Run for Life” Torch Run on June 8

Help young patients with cancer and other serious blood disorders at Miller Children’s Hospital Long Beach by sponsoring a patient in the 2013 “Champions Run for Life,” Torch Run at Shoreline Aquatic Park. More than 50 celebrities starring in children’s television shows and movies will join more than 250 children with cancer, sickle cell disease and other serious blood disorders on Saturday, June 8, as they run, walk, wheel or are carried in a relay race — passing an Olympic-style torch to raise funds for the Jonathan Jaques Children’s Cancer Center at Miller Children’s.
