Sleep Studies

Many children with pulmonary conditions and disorders have trouble sleeping and may have sleep disorders, such as snoring, difficulty breathing during the night or sleep apnea. Sleep studies are tests that take place in the Miller Children’s Hospital Sleep Disorders Center, which is accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

A special Sleep Disorders Care Team, which includes a pulmonologist, will look after the child during their sleep disorder study.
