Nephrologists & Care TeamThe pediatric renal center care center team provides overall management and health care coordination for the child’s special medical needs including communication with the child and family, primary care physician, other specialty physicians, school and other community based providers. Board-Certified NephrologistsA nephrologist is a physician specially trained and educated in kidney function, dialysis therapy, kidney transplantation and kidney diseases in children. The nephrologist provides consultation, comprehensive assessment including review of past and current medical history, physical examination, diagnosis and overall case management of your child’s special medical needs.
