The Outpatient Surgical Specialty Center at Miller Children’s has several expert care teams that have been exclusively developed to meet each child’s special care needs.
The General Surgery care team provides consultation, comprehensive assessment including review of past and current medical history, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment and overall case management of a child’s special medical needs.
Board-Certified Pediatric General Surgeons
General surgeons are specialty surgeons that focuses on abdominal organs, such as intestines including esophagus, stomach, small bowel, colon, liver, pancreas, gallbladder and bile ducts, and often the thyroid gland.
