Miller Children’s Hospital in Long Beach is one of only eight free-standing children’s hospitals in California, and provides specialized pediatric care in seven major care centers within the hospital, including cancer, surgery, obstetrics and neonatal intensive care. The comprehensive outpatient specialty centers at Miller Children’s feature more than 30 sub-specialties, including 16 California Children Services (CCS) approved special care centers, and is recognized as a regional leader in pulmonary, cystic fibrosis, gastroenterology and orthopedics.
